Tracheobronchitis” describes inflammation of the windpipe.

Has anyone been told they not only have Bronchiectasis but also Tracheobronchitis? Has anyone been told that it is associated with inflammation? Has anyone been told it could be a reason for having to clear ones throat regularly of what sits in the throat and to me, for me, appears to be either mucus or saliva or moisture????
I was just told by my Primary Care doctor, after asking him to check my ears since I don't go regularly to an ear doctor,.....that one ear is fine and the other ear shows inflammation. So I started searching things on the internet after my doctor visit and came across Tracheobronchitis.
This not so nice problem called inflammation, which is associated with BE, Bronchiectasis, sure does things to the body.
Any thoughts????
