Tools Nebulizing Tobramycin and what's need to know I found out

Good Day Friends,
I was recently prescribed Tobramycin for PA, 2 months.

My provider, NTM clinic in North Carolina, prescribed me this without instructions, only the length of time to use it, 2 months 2x day.

Was not informed I needed a Pari Plus nebulizer cup for nebulizing the Tobramycin, was using the Aeroeclips XL Ban Nebulizer cup/Ombra that I use with my 7% saline. I had to order the Pari cup

I read also, that it may not be a good idea to nebulize the Tobramycin in the same room with family if I did not have the filter and pads that go along with the Pari Plus nebulizer cup; did my homework. That prompted me to nebulize out on my porch due to being leery of the exhalation that is distributed in the surrounding area.

I know have lost my voice and I guess won't have one for the next 2 months. I have been using homemade remedies to make this as comfortable as I can.

Hope this may help others as maybe others as doctors don't inform of side effects, tools to use, etc. all the time.
