TKR of 10 plus years

hello I was wondering if anyone had this problem after so long. if so what were your symptoms. I had my knees done back in 2011-12 since then I have had other foot surgeries, along with the recovery has come swelling pain and warmth in both knees. they have been x-rayed and the implants are fine but im in such pain when I put weight on them to walk. Im going back to see the doc that did the TKR tomorrow and I am quite nervous as I have hears some terrible stories about this can anyone share with me if they have had this experience. thank you Malloy62
