Has anyone had experience with thoracic vertebral compression fractures and surgery to prevent compression of spinal cord ?

Hello
I just had an MRI and they found a hemangioma which is pressing on my spinal cord. I am unbalanced and can’t walk without a cane. Does anyone have this problem and what is/was being done? Dr says I need surgery.

@topsz I'm getting ready to have a disectomy on t8-t9 because it is bruising my spinal cord. Scares the shit out of me
