The discovery of the perfect cure for chronic constipation
This discovery reveals that chronic constipation is literally a problem of physics and can be cured completely and immediately by physical methods (lifestyle changes), not drugs or special diets.
Gravity can really help promote stooling, save physical ability and make defecation very easy.
Every morning, about 15 minutes after breakfast, loosening the belt and standing for 2 to 20 minutes at ease or relaxedly until wanting to defecate can make sure having a bowel movement every day very easily.
If the patients’ job doesn’t allow them to stand shortly after breakfast, it doesn’t matter, the patients can stand in less than two hours after breakfast, this cure also works, but they just need to stand a little longer. And patients might need to stand longer than 20 minutes at the very first few times they start using this cure. Anyway, standing until wanting to defecate can easily and completely solve this problem and will probably annihilate chronic constipation on this planet.
Obviously, this lifestyle changing cure only works on those constipation patients who can stand.
This discovery also reveals the cause of constipation, that sitting or squatting too long or the belt tightening the abdomen too much would kind of fold or tighten our gut and block the feces from moving and then cause constipation.
And since this cure is not a drug, so there is no such thing as drug resistance, and obviously it has no side effects and at zero cost. And as a matter of fact, this cure has indeed worked better and better on all 16 patients of chronic constipation who are using this cure. Though each patient is different, but this cure works very well on all of them, without exception at all. So, this discovery is not just a discovery of a cure but also a law of medicine which can help optimize our gut health.

But I clearly know, standing is the game changer.
Try my cure, you’ll be surprised.
I sent post to the wrong group a few days ago. Pretty embarrassed sending it the first time but here goes. Constipation suggestions working on and off but an issue I haven’t even told husband or drs about is pretty personal. I think I have rectal prolapse from years of bowel problems. Red blood with almost every movement. Bright red not dark maybe fissures. I am at the point I need to actually push rectum back in. A little poop sometimes escapes so wearing pads. In the middle of Waldenstroms treatments which is probably exasperating everything. I did have a colonoscopy 2 years ago and they removed a couple of polyps. Any suggestions?
