Testicles / Torsion

Help I few days ago I was vomiting, I had mild abdominal pain and was nauseous, I thought it was a food intoxication so I treated it as It usually gets treated. The vomiting, abdominal pain, and nausea, went away within 2 days. However, after It went away I've been feeling tenderness in one of my testicles, no pain at all, just like a pressure, It feels tender at the top of the testicle, and just a little bit heavy. It's been a few days and I haven't go to the doctor. What should I do, I don't know if its torsion, I'm very worried. I haven't go to the doctor because there's no pain, just this weird tender feeling

If it were me, I also would be worried and want to have a doctor check it out as soon as I could get an appointment.
