@lisalucier Hola.

@agusti - sorry to hear you had to go to the hospital, but glad to hear you got some help and you have more information now. Wondering if the doctor you saw prescribed a treatment plan? Or do you have an appointment with a gastrointestinal physician upcoming who will do that?
@lisalucier La traducción es perfecta, Luisa. Muchas gracias.

@agusti, this message didn't translate as clearly as your previous messages did. The auto-translate tool works well with Spanish, but not as well with the beautiful Catalan language. I used Google Translate to get a better translation of your post:
Well, I was diagnosed with Parkinson's two years ago, and I have never had motor symptoms.
What I am experiencing now is a lack of appetite (I hardly eat anything), nervous tics (which might actually be tremors), and retching and vomiting. It is worth noting that my digestive system isn't working properly (I haven't had a bowel movement in about 25 days), and my urinary system isn't functioning correctly either.
I don't have an appointment with the neurologist until December 14th. I am taking Sinemet at 9:00 AM (1.5 tablets), 2:00 PM (1.5 tablets), 7:00 PM (1.5 tablets), and 9:00 PM (0.5 tablets). At 10:00 PM, I take one Ongentys tablet, and nothing else until the next morning at 9:00 AM.
Perhaps the Sinemet schedule and dosages need to be adjusted.
Could anyone help me? Thanks.
Please excuse me for writing in Catalan; I am from Catalonia.

Hopefully the Spanish translation of my reply is okay for you.
Experiencing lack of appetite, nervous tics, retching and vomiting, and your urinary and digestive system not functioning properly along with your Parkinson's diagnosis sounds very challenging.
Other members may have input regarding any issues they have experienced with Sinemet scheduling and dosages.
Do you have a patient portal/online communication with your Parkinson's doctor? If so, have you told him or her about the symptoms you are experiencing, and what did they say?
Doncs jo resulta qhe em van diagnosticar Parkinson fa 2 anys i mai he tingut síntomes motors.
i arcades i vòmits.

My first symptoms were tremor in my fingers and shoulder issues that was originally diagnosed as frozen shoulder.
What symptoms do you have they first thought I had parkinsons but dont now I have gastropareis anddiabetis and under active thyroid
I went to a neurologist that specializes in Parkinsons Disease. He asked me questions about the symptoms I was having. He then asked me to walk away from him along a hallway with exam rooms. He followed me passed 3 or 4 exam rooms, and then told me to step into the next exam room. He followed me into the room, shut the door, and stated "You do have Parkinsons Disease." He then had me sit in front of a computer screen and handed me a controller with a single button on it. I was told to watch the monitor, and listen & watch the questions. I was told to press the button when the correct answer appeared on the monitor.
I was sent for blood work, and an MRI. He prescribed Carba Dopa - Leva Dopa 3× a day. One month later he increased me to 4x per day, and added Donepezil 1x a day.
My husband is participating in Michael Fox research. Testing has included DAT scan, and lumbar puncture to look for alpha-synuclein among others. A person can have PD precursors and not have the disease for many years apparently. I would think a specialist can make the diagnosis, whereas general practitioners may do less well.
