teenager in trauma

I know a family that has a teenage boy that has now had the ambulance called three times to their home because the boy has had an anger episode and was destroying things in the house by throwing chairs, punching holes in the walls, etc. He has had problems all his life with bowel movements...messing his pants. He is involved in sports and does well. He does well academically. Of course the family is traumatized also by this erratic and destructive behavior. His destructive out of control behavior has gotten worse. Parents have had him with specialists dealing with this for years. What to do? As he gets older, driving a car and using a gun for hunting becomes questionable. He has excellent parents that are educated with good steady jobs. It is strange that these episodes only happen at home. Currently, the hospital is looking for a placement. Any ideas in the Mankato, Minnesota area?
