taking Chia seeds after having estrogen positive breast cancer

Posted by @mehrnaz, Tue, Feb 26 8:18am

I am an estrogen positive breast cancer survivor and have had double mastectomy. Just want to know whether Chia seeds contain estrogen and that I should avoid taking them.

Hi @mehrnaz and welcome to Connect.
Here's some information from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center about chia seeds, however not specifically related to estrogen positive cancer.

Have you considered talking to an oncology nutritionist or dietitian about your questions about chia seeds?
