Are my symptoms a sign that I have the virus COVID-19?
I have had a slight dry cough for about 8 weeks left over from a cold. No other symptoms. shouldn't other symptoms have appeared by now if it is the virus? How concerned should I be? I have been in isolation for about 2 weeks.

@brandman48, a long-lasting dry cough can be a symptom of many different things and not necessarily COVID-19.

Have you travelled recently? Have you been in contact with people who may have the virus? Are you also having trouble breathing? Are you in a high-risk group (over 70; immunosuppressed; have underlying conditions, such as lung disease, heart disease and diabetes)?
These are some of the questions your doctor's office will ask.
Have you called your doctor with your concerns?
