Symptoms after chlamydia treatment

I was tested positive for chlamydia back in April. I had only had it a couple weeks before I was tested. I was given a 7 day treatment of antibiotics. I was ok after my treatment was over but I’m starting to experience symptoms again. I haven’t had sex since I was tested. I’ve been experiencing bloating, pressure on my bladder, and slight itching. I haven’t had any abnormal discharge like before. Has anyone else had this same experience after having chlamydia?
