Switching to Generic Form of Xarelto

Has anyone switched to the generic version of the blood thinner Xarelto. It is called rivaroxaban. In March 2025, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the first generic versions of rivaroxaban in the 2.5 mg tablet strength. The price differential is significant.

I'm in Cleveland, I only learned about it because I was looking at my Medicare Part D prescription drug plan web page and saw that there was now a generic equivalent. Bayer is predicting lower profits as a result - boo hoo. I am waiting to hear from my cardiologist about it.
