Swallowing Difficulties?

Hi everyone - I’m new here. I was diagnosed two years ago after a bout with double pneumonia. Fortunately I’ve been pretty stable, however lately I’ve developed difficulty swallowing. I’ve had an endoscopy and a fluoroscopic xray which show a tapering of the esophagus and delayed emptying into the stomach.

I see online several articles about a connection with bronchiectasis - has anyone here experienced this?
