SVT and Cialis

I've had SVT for 17 years. They put me on metoprolol twice a day 75 mg and it took care of it. I haven't had an episode in 16 years. I now need to take 2.5 mg of Cialis for urinary troubles. I had read this may trigger an SVT event. Anybody out there have any thoughts or anybody out there on Cialis or some other ED medicine.
