Suggestions how prepare for 1st Evenity injection prevent side effects

Hi, I have been diagnosed with severe osteoporosis based on 2 Dexa scans. I have had an autoimmune condition, ITP. I will receive my first Evenity shot and would like to decrease possible side effects. Any positive suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

@dianat, I don’t know what gravity3 is taking to lock in her Evenity gains, but my doctor has recommended Reclast for me.

Taking Prolia right now but considering a change to reclast. Just not sure yet.

@gravity3, Prolia builds bone, but I’ve heard that you have to keep taking it indefinitely. (?) I’m on shot 3 of Evenity, so I have a ways to go before I start Reclast. I’m praying that the Evenity works 🙏because Reclast does not bold bone, only locks in gains.
