Sudden onset asthma and lung scarring, oh my legs too

I won’t go through all my symptoms, but what I have is a beast. For what I read, I have all of the weird symptoms. I’m a senior who has no underlying conditions. A year ago I developed early onset, asthma, and haven’t stopped coughing, I just tried a biologic medicine which is over $4000 a month but thank goodness I have Medicare, sad that it cost so much. But my body is numb but my legs hurt and my feet are excruciating. I finally found medicine for some symptoms, I just don’t understand how it just developed Over a few months. I had Covid in the fall of 2022. I hadn’t had my shot at that time the only time I missed it. My only symptoms were mild, except for losing the sense of taste and smell, which is never really recovered. I don’t know what I’m asking. How are y’all doing?
