subconjunctival hemorrhage
Anyone dealt with a hemorrhage (blood) in the eye? I was told there is nothing to do. It's been over a week and no change. Not terrible pain but definitely uncomfortable. Is this normal? anything to help?

I have had a few myself. Went sleep last night as usual and woke this morning with one.
I find them really distressing. Blood pressure has been checked and okay so told not to worry.
Generally takes 2 weeks to clear. When it first starts apply cold pack to limit bleeding.
I use arnica tablets helps the bruise settle a bit quicker.
Does anyone else have any suggestions or helpful tips?
