Stresswatch app helps with pacing

Posted by cjm58 @cjm58, May 27 12:13pm

Have been using app (connects with applewatch) - tracking heart rate variability (HRV) - indicated fatigue. Monitors HRV throughout the day, sends notifications- "normal" "pay attention" "overload"

Not specific to long covid, but is helping with pacing and PME.

Thank you for this recommendation. I've only been using it for 24 hours (while at home), but it's been spot on so far. This will be a really helpful tool as I transition back to "normal" life.

Thanks for your update.
Have been using it for month now, and am doing better at pacing. I’m getting less “Overload” and “pay attention” notifications.

The other day-I noticed the checkout person at Kohl’s had the app on her watch🙂
