No, but I have creepy crawly sensation in my left shoulder and neck area since I started them. Computer tells me it is a pinched nerve and should go away. It's been two weeks. Not that bothersome so not involving doctor.

I have been taking Rosuvastatin for a long time, but I occasionally stop for a week to give my body a rest, then I resume taking it. It causes me pins and needles in my hands. And so much foggy head. Forgetfulness! What I am having is.

It’s a side affect from statins. Talk to your Doctor and see if he another med he can prescribe for you . Does your Dr recommend you stop for a week?

I was on a "statin" for three days for a borderline high cholesterol level. I found them intolerable--I can't even remember just what it was that made me feel awful. I did research and am taking OTC "statin" treatment--Red Yeast Rice and Garlic tablets. My levels came down by 25%. I don't know if this would work for everyone but for me, I am not willing to take something that makes me feel lousy.

Pls take COQ10 daily to eliminate legs/feet issues when taking statin. Give a few days to 1 week to work,
