I am the caregiver for my husband who has had limited scleroderma/CREST for over 30 years. He managed it well. In April he was diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension stage four. He also has hypersensitivity pneumonitis and interstitial lung disease. Because of Covid it was difficult to get appointments with his pulmonologist, so the PAH wasn’t diagnosed soon. But during this time we noticed how much the Raynauds increased, shutting down his system with particular treatments. What is interesting is that there had been no lung issues until moving to Arizona and going to the Mayo Clinic here. He is now on a maintenance dose of Remodulin.

I was diagnosed with ILD in September 2020 and initially put on steroids. Cellcept is a steroid reducing drug and I have been on it for about two years. I have heard that fatigue is a side effect but I’m not affected by fatigue too much. It may also cause muscle aches. I’m on 1000 mg a day now, 25% of my initial dose.

Thank you! Like what? I have been having issues with acid reflux and indigestion in general. Nothing else that I can think of.
