SSRI usage linked to low nuetrophils

Very little studies done on this, but i recently upped my Lexapro from 10mg to 20. A year ago. My neutrophils went from 1,502 to 1,333. Which made my WBC drop from 3.7 to 3.3 (I've been on low end of WBC since 2015) anyway, I have an appt with my doc, has anyone ever had this???
