Spermatocele Surgery

I have a left side Spermatocele that was diagnosed by Ultrasound and CT 3 years ago. It was symptom free and the Urologist was not concerned. Recently, it has increased in size, may even have two of them now and I have discomfort. It bothers me to bend down, sitting, and sometimes just aches. Has anyone had surgery to remove one? If so, please describe your outcome.

Hello @soor, I don't have any experience the the surgery, but @yousif asked a similar question in another discussion here that might be helpful.
