Hi @mcd123, I have not heard of SootheSocks™️ (https://amrelieve.com/products/soothesocks) but hopefully other members may have tried them and can share their experience. You will notice that we added a few words to the discussion title to better describe your question and hopefully bring in other members to respond. I'm hoping other members will share their experience with what socks work best for them.
I did see this article that talks about the topic and gives some good advice at the end even though they are selling socks themselves — "Conclusion —
You have to be very careful and considerate in making the decision about the neuropathy socks. Consulting a professional may be the best option if you are unable to detect problems and assess symptoms to calculate the degree of your pain and the worsening state of the health problem.
Accurate advice and help, along with medical care, can help you select the best neuropathy socks to relieve and reduce your foot pain."

I have to wear compression socks myself which helps the swelling in my legs but does nothing to make my feet feel better. I do have some soft, loose fitting socks that I wear at night when I take the compression socks off and I like the way they feel.
Did someone recommend SootheSocks™️ to you?
Looking for socks for peripheral neuropathy. I cannot stand anything with "pilling". Looking for ANY suggestions! Thank you.

Welcome @marie1959, You will notice that we merged your post with an existing discussion on the same topic. I like bamboo fiber socks and also loose fitting cotton crew socks at night for my feet. @mcd123 started this discussion to ask if anyone had any experience with SootheSocks™️ (https://amrelieve.com/products/soothesocks) but there were no responses so hoping they may know a little more now.
What type of socks have you tried?
@marie1959, my current favorite brand is Feeture's – https://feetures.com/
I genuinely share yourS ….. Pain. I joined MAYO a month or so and wished had earlier to have seen what I see now. Amen.
I have and must wear my 100%
WOOL SOCK. But MUST ALSO WEAR 100% WOOL SLEEPERS VERY THIN BOTTOM. located mine a yr ago at DILLARS STORES. Houston for me.
TRY IT OK.
I must wear mine and they go where I GO. 🙏
have not ventured to purchase on the NET…
I only wear socks when I need to get dressed up. Most of the winter it is sneakers with no socks and the spring summer and fall it is sandals. That’s how I deal with it. I do have 3 kinds of “diabetic” socks but like none of them. I’v actuall cut the toe part of the sock off and sewed them up between the big toe and the next toes to jerk them from bunching up. Seems to help.
Thank you. I live in Minnesota so I need something. Going to try bamboo socks.
@marie1959 I found that with my recent hip replacement surgery, wearing the toeless anti-emboletic socks ( prevent blood clots) also called Ted hose helped my neuropathy. I wear the top knee ones along with circulation socks and that's keeps my feet warmer with less pain.
Maybe I will have to try those shocks in she what happens. Funny you should mention hip surgery I’m having it next month and not looking forward to it. Always looking to try new things regarding the neuropathy considering I’ve pretty much run out of options up until now. I’ll let you know how it goes.
@stevemanni had hip replacement last November and was told it takes a year to heal from that but that pain is better. The neuropathy pain constantly screams. When I can i elevate my feet and keep ice to numb if pain is intolerable. Asked neurologist for another EMG/NCT to check right leg as its burning too and both feet/legs feel the SFN is spreading upwards.
Hope You will do great with the hip. Keep us posted.
