Works for me. Try 5 mg and if that doesn’t work 10mg. Mention to your doctor as well, mine said it’s ok to take.

Trazadone 25mg worked extremely well from me. Not habit-forming and this is a very low dose of the medication.

Some people use THC for insomnia, very low dose to begin with. Of course, depending on what is available and legal in your state.

I use very low dose (2.5 - 5.0 mg THC) marijuana edibles that are formulated to help sleep. Legal in my state. Lots of products, like this... https://buzzcannabis.com/products/dr-norms-dr-norms-brownie-bites-100mg-21-sleep-cbn-for-sale-lemon-grove-ca-2/

We learned from our PCP that for melatonin, less is more. We started at 5, went down to 3, and now take 1mg tablets, Natures Bounty. Everyone responds differently, but the larger mg did not work for us, while the 1mg about an hour before bed is perfect. Good luck.
