Sometimes its hard for me to fall asleep
I use to have a hard time falling asleep. Now I wake up around 2 am to empty my bladder and am awake for an hour. I walk 5 miles 5 days a week so I’m hoping eventually I will stay asleep. I sympathize with you as I know the feels.
I found the Honest Guys guided sleep meditation (YouTube) helpful to fall asleep.
I'm one that falls asleep fairly fast but at my age I pretty much always get up at least once or twice a night to use the bathroom. Here are a couple of articles that may help you fall asleep faster and hopefully sleep better.

I think one thing that does help me is getting to bed and getting up at the same time every day. Anyone have any tips that work for them?
