Anyone have skin that is sensitive to touch?

anyone get the feeling of skin being cold, and /or soooo sensitive to touch?? backs of my legs, anything touches it and its sore. patches of my hips go icy. I wonder if its coming from my lower back issues? had that on n off for years.
