Sleep and fibromyalgia

Hi
I would just like to know what others take for sleep with fibromyalgia. I can't seem to tolerate my cyclobenzaprine anymore
Works great for sleep, But makes my ears ring affects my tinnitus. I am going to go back to my 5htp and cbd. See if that will help.

Hi
Oh thats great to know. My Dr started me on 25mg. It's helping my depression and my anxiety has come down. I am still having issues with sleep but it's only been 4 days. In 10 days he will up it to 50mg. May I ask what dosage your on. I have noticed I am hungrier which is good

I have worked up to 100 mg. My daughter takes 150 mg. Neither one of us have groggy mornings either unless I’ve had a bad pain night❣️

sue417, Have you tried Melatonin by Natrol? I use 5 mg gummies and they work. I believe 10 mg is the limit of Melatonin you can take. Check with your doctor please before trying.

I also rub myself down with Voltaren Gel before bedtime in the spots that are hurting and that helps me sleep better.

Praying for you. Sleep is so important.
