Has anyone experienced balance issues as s side effect of Lyrica? I just increased dose to 100 mg 3x/day and suddenly feel weak and unbalanced.

@bajjerfan Baclofen has really helped me. I have to take it in the morning as for me, it causes sleeplessness. Wish I could take it in the pm too. I take Lyrica but it really does not help. When I go back to the doc I will see what other alternatives I have. Good luck!

Baclofen is a derivative of GABA just like Lyrica is. I would try the Baclofen without the Lyrica/PreGabalin. Taking both together made me too tired.

@almw: I’m with you on lower blood pressures with dizzy spells, fatigue & “sinking spells where I fall asleep”.
I am concentrating on hydrating all day and adding more protein, fiber (veg & fruit) to my diet (even though I am rarely hungry). My doc is re-evaluating my list of meds and supplements for culprit.
Please join me in slowing down walking gait with awareness to any tripping hazards. We Do Not Want To Fall!
I’m in my early 80’s, with stage 4 Neuroendocrine cancer, so that may add to the low blood pressure sessions as well. I try to keep my daily activity schedule regardless of my fatigue & that keeps my mind in a good place.
Life is life and we have a choice every morning to put on a smile, take a hot shower, and make each day for the better. Best to you…. Bette

@dbamos1945 My recent ‘tripping fall’ with fractured humerus was a real wake-up call! Awful pain!

My husband who has both Restless legs and PN has had good luck with 25 mg of pregamblin.
