Darzalex (daratumumab): What side effects did you have?

I am getting ready to start DVd treatment this Monday. I have read up on the side effects of daralex faspro and I am curious what side effects others have had. I would love to hear how other patients handled them. I think patients always have tips and tricks that doctors never mention. To tell the truth, I am nervous about the first treatment.

Welcome @wrussell, good to hear that you had no issues with Darzalex (daratumumab). Do you also have multiple myeloma? How long? How are you doing?

Yes diagnosed beginning of Sept - was on 4 drug regimen for 3 1/2 months - now getting ready for bone marrow transplant as next step

No issues also, I have POEMS- Syndrome with Smouldering Myeloma. After Daratumumab for 8 Month with no side affects and ASCT I have MRD, so I will get bispecific antibodies. My specialist thoughts that‘s necessary to stop my neuropathy.
