Sickle Cell Disease with Pulmonary Hypertension Treatments

I have a family member in her 30s who has Sickle Cell Disease and has been diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension (left sided). She's on Oxygen and due to a recent crisis has been in hospital for months. Can anyone share their treatment outcomes. Family is definitely feeling frustrated with current medical interventions.
