I want to make sure people are aware of difference between Rochester Mayo shuttle and shuttles provided by hotels.
Many hotels in Rochester provide shuttles from hotel to Mayo locations, you need to check with your hotel if they provide that service and hours of operation.
Mayo also operate a campus shuttle for patients. The shuttle runs about every 15 minutes. between downtown and St Mary's campus. It stops at St Mary's at Main Entrance (the entrance by 14th Ave NW) and downtown at Gonda entrance. It may also stop at other Mayo buildings, but not hotels. If questions about Mayo shuttle stops, check with Mayo employees at entrances.
At St Mary's, the waiting room for shuttles is a lobby by Admissions, it has more room then entrance lobby and they will announce when a hotel or Mayo shuttle arrives.
At Gonda, they also make announcement for arrivals of shuttles.
There are Mayo employees in these areas, so if have any questions, ask.
You will also see other Mayo buses around campus, those are employee buses to move employees around campus and to employee parking lots outside of downtown area. You must be an employee or volunteer to ride those buses. They use different drop off / pick up locations then patient shuttles.

Is this your first visit to Mayo Clinic?
Not sure why I got this? Do I have an appt. scheduled? I will login in my portal and check,
My mistake, @dleeowen. Because you were asking about shuttle stop locations, I thought you were preparing for appointments to Mayo Clinic.
Ok, no problem.
P.S. I wish my surgeon was calling me. I would love for him to call me back.
Did you leave a message on the patient portal?
