Shower head with large holes

Does anyone have suggestions about shower heads with large holes? I am having difficulty finding one online that mentions having large holes. Thank you. Donna Turnbaugh

I'd like to know also! Wish they made one like a big faucet that water flowed out like when you use the sink to wash your hands. I tried taking off the shower head and just using the bare pipe but that was a pitiful stream.

Please be very careful with shower heads, I was changing the position of the holes in a club once and the shower head came off. The stream of water hit my eye, it tore into the white part of the eye. It was not only extremely painful, but could have been much worse. I immediately saw an opthalmologist who tapped my eye shut for a few days. It is a dangerous situation. Turn the water OFF before doing anything with shower heads and running water.
