Should vitamin d & k be taken at same time? Zzz
Recently diagnosed w osteoporosis. Reading book rebuild your bones by mira& Jayson calton. They said not to take vitamin d & k together because they compete with each other. Taking bone strength slim tablets. My question is that if it includes both of these vitamins then Why do most supplements combine the vit d & k together? Or should I be taking them separately. I am thankful I found this site to help me.

We all produce melatonin naturally, although the amount reduces markedly with age. So even if we do not supplement with melatonin, I believe that Vitamin D3 could still blunt our own melatonin production,
impacting sleep. For me, supplementing melatonin can be helpful, but not a panacea!
@njx58 my doctor is aware that I take D and K together in one gelcap.
