I have just had a short lapse of memory while driving
It lasted probably 10seconds
But has scared me
I am generally in good health,have a defibrilator and a bit of anxiety
I hope it is a one off
Any advice?
@hearttoheart1 Oh how scary that must have been for you. I can relate about 20 yrs ago I had the same thing fortunately I was on a country road ,no cars but yes scary . Have you gone to your Dr about this for a check up, I think I would call and make an appt to be sure it isnt something that could reocure . DO you drink enough water ? You did have a very stressful and emotional day. You said that you have a defibrillator, you might mention that forgetfulness to your cardiologist who implanted that device. It might not be related to the defibrillator, but it might be a good idea to check it out. As @lioness said it is best to get these things checked out. Better safe than sorry, as the old saying goes!
