1 ReactionHello I have suffered from rectal pain due to radiation from cancer 10 years ago .I have been to 2 pain doctors at Mass General that could not help me .The only option they are offering are pain drugs which I do not do well with side effects .So I tried red light therapy for 10 weeks (10 times full body)Nothing from red light therapy .So I decided to try shock wave therapy .I have had 3 sessions (once a week ).After each session I have felt even more pain but the therapist says that it is a good sign (the pain means it is healing )I want to say that I feel a little better or definitely a little different than before .By the end of the week I am looking forward to my next shock wave therapy treatment .I am wondering about other people’s experiences with shock wave therapy treatment.Thank you ,Kenny
