shiney red penis head - then goes to wrinkles peeling?

i forgot to say the red shiney seems to get worse during urination ! particularly at night--- so maybe i dont have to be a rocket scientist to say urine might be a problem?? but ive had the urine sample looked at-- no suger- no infection- the few day test for yeast ok too! so what the---- is going on any ideas?

Does it itch? Years ago, I had a fungal itchy rash on my penis. It was the same type of fungus as athletes foot. I put a thin layer of athletes foot cream on my penis for a couple days, it went away. Have you seen a urologist? Would be wise to check with a doctor. Maybe even a dermatologist

thanks for the reply! yea ive seen 2 dermos no help-- they wanted the stero cream which made thinks worse-ive tr-ied the fungal stuff-- the stuff womanuse seemed to help micon??---but not much created peeling-- the other stuff for ath foot cloto--- made peeling worse-- hydrocortizone bad too believe it or not the a and d cream from dollar tree works bestso far for relief-( not the diaper stuff)-- when i pee it seems to get redder shinerect-- the urine has been tested urinalisis ok no blood suger ect--- so im back to faze one! oh the urine was cultured too ok! no itch no rash just shiney red---- any help form others ? again thanks for the reply!

any more help? this is affecting my life sleep ect--- im a supplement guy been trying everthing i can think of---does a shiney head indicate a fungal infection? creams so far just create peeling! i keep thinking there is something out there! oh this isnt from sex im77 and my wife is 78! im in good health have had checkups most people say i look at least 10 yeArs younger!

ok wanted to update might help others---milk thistle caps help a lot -- not getting up 10 times at night to pee sometimes with burning urination- helps the flow (dont know if the infection of the head makes it harder to pee-- but the flow has improved a lot better drainage for sure--- also the micron____ that womans use for vaginal fungal helps along with the natureplex a plus d--the the ointment from dollar tree and online-- ist apply the micron___ on the shiney head then a liberal amount of the a and d and the a and d seems to go deep into the skin---- when shiney again use the a plus d--- many times---- things look better so far---hop this might help others----- may have to go to a new derm but am holding that off as they have not helped at all ! good luck everone its not fun!

@bill899 I might suggested you get to a dermatologist and quit fooling with self cures. I had a place on the glans of the penis my urologist thought it might be herpes .. I told him no same partner for over 10 yrs. Went to a dermatologist she said she thought she knew what it was but took a sample and sent it to the lab. Ends up I have gentile psoriasis .. look it up .. one tiny place on my whole body. Gave me prescription cream cleared right up. Now have a place at the top of my butt crack that flares up same thing more common than you think,

THANKS FOR THE REPLY-- THE IST DERMO SAID PSORASIS-- then prescribed a steroid cream alcIometasone alone with ketoconazole he said it would clear in 4 days--wrong made things worse and redder then another dormo prescribibed tacrolimus cream---worse story got on my testicals and inflamed it on a certain area and i bled like a stuck hog-big time-- looked up the tiny black pinhead pimples on my testicals and they said they can bleed profusily at times--- so quit that no more problems there! had a uro look at it he said quit putting stuff on it you have no infection--- i thought at the time ill give it to you if you want it ! so thats what im up against--- may i ask what cream? helped you? that sample did they do a swab ? that butt problem it might help to get it in front of a fan a few times per day -- keeps it dryer - thats what i do when i shower too! again thanks! ps did what you had go from a shiney head to a wrinkle problem? im thinkin i have a fungal problem!

looked up gentile psorasis-- as with psorasis they say no cure -- did you have a biopsy? or swab? artic 22? they say biopsys there hurt and are slow to heal? no itch or rash by the way just shiney to wrinkle--- now when i pee at times it gets shineyer or redder-- thats why im thinkin uro problem but had the urine checked for suger blood ect nothing there oh the yeast test too -- thanks again ps did the cream cu it totally?

weird to have problems down there am as clean as you can be! change new underwear at least 10 times per day-- use all det no perfume ect and rinse them at least 5 times after wash! no sex too old 77-- supplement guy take d plus a vitamins plus others like b ect . sometimes days dont do any vitamins thinking there might be a cause! change diet sometimes less suger--- so what is causing this??--- no vacation this year chafing ect ect lack of good sleep yet this uro says no problem -- well i have something to say to him and the dermos but not on this forum!! ive been surphing the net and this seems to be a big problem out there some guys have had this for years! lots of bad rap for steroid cream and the docs !!
