Sharp electric pain in right top side teeth and gum?

@mjcmjc The brand I use, is called GO HEALTHY. It is high strength turmeric and glucosamine. Had pepper in as well. The pepper is bioperine.. 120 mg of pepper. 3500 mg turmeric / capsule.

Try some Ambosol , a type of gel in a tube and rub it on your gums and it should kill the pain for a while. At least it does for me there are a number of gels, all of which are about the same, but I usually look for one that has 20% benzocaine in it.

In response to both of you I have had the same exact shocking pain been almost 4 years now used to come and go mainly when I ate then as of the last 2 years it has been so frequent I couldn't eat anything nor drink without a tube of orajel with me the whole time makes everything taste nasty but I have dentures so only taking them out to clean them and putting them back bcuz I was homeless up until a year ago. I have a parasite possibly a few but I couldn't get a doctor to help me either they blamed drugs which it wasn't i proved that or i was crazy. However past 2 years I had noticed things in the roof of my mouth I seen 5 holes all over the roof of my mouth. When the shocks got worse i couldn't get orajel to take the pain away and now if i talk,smoke a cigarette or yes even during sex it was shocking me to the point that I couldn't do anything after that. I feel like no matter what I seem to be getting worse even the parasite issue was showing no signs of letting up. A month ago I noticed another new hole but the other ones were gone. It was literally where my canine tooth on the right side gum should have been. It went all the way in to where the nerves went up under my nose then the right eye socket. But I have other things that I had took me a few times before I actually knew it wasn't the food I had eaten. I was always done eating dinner or anything for meals but I was getting something that didn't feel normal in my mouth usually up under my top plate. I am just finally getting into a home again but I am absolutely miserable and I now have stuff coming out of my skin so frequently that I have to live with sores on my face,head neck back legs these pests not a clue til I get transportation and a primary doctor will I get definite answers. Hopefully since it's almost 6 years now it doesn't kill me first. Good luck guys hopefully I may have given you some ideas or information you haven't thought about. I know that one parasite i have is ascarsis bcuz the intestinal worms i had 3 plus years ago looked identical to the images of them. But I have been to a eye doctor bcuz I had no vision problems til this now it's deteriorating fast I have to wear glasses all the time and I had an appointment with a specialist a hour away who specializes with things most optometrists can't do. He is also a surgeon but my fiance & i couldn't get a way there. I would love to hear if either of you find answers. I have had surgery for childhood scoliosis that was at a 50 degree curve collapsing my left lung so at 10 years old I spent 18 hours upside-down while my pediatric spine doctor did the surgery have 2 Harrington rods on each side of my spine. I have a scar from the top of my back to the bottom by my butt. I have constant difficulty with chronic pain swelling in hands feet and legs worse since the creepy critters issue. I also have whiplash so dealing with constant cervical pain from a work injury that straightened the cervical neck part of my spine which pinches nerves and doctor's through workers comp in 98 said ill have to deal with debilitating pain and headaches. I swear I have to get Murphys law tattooed on my forehead. I also forgot to say I have also been bit by 2 ticks in the past 4 years. I'll pray for you both bcuz it doesn't work when i have done it myself. Keep me posted please good luck hopefully one or all of us can get answers together.

I am in Canada, so the use of marijuana is quite easily available. I use it but in a liquid form and I don’t suck it into my lungs just in my mouth and blow it through my nose and the pain goes away in about five minutes and last about 4 to 6 hours, then I use it all over again. It’s basically on what is known as a 5/10 cartridge of THC Indica-based marijuana.

I had same painfully gums upper rt and pain brushing those teeth. Wendy off cabamazepine because I feared liver damage. Took turmeric with piperine(pepper). That helped. Just slightly one tooth pain. Then quite accidently after lifting a 15 kg from floor to chest repeatedly all symptoms gone. Appears the strained neck muscles which connect with jaw muscles moved the trygeminal nerve away from the contacting artery. Was playing a lot of sax. Now taking B12 daily to keep nerves coated with myelin , the insulating fat. Am 83.
