shaking hands

Hi team long covid! (A team none of us volunteered to be part of.)
I initially got LV in 3/2021 and it has been life changing and not in a good way.
I have been super careful not to expose myself to Covid since then but I caught Covid again 1/2025.
Now my hands are shaking like I have Parkinsons. It is really scary.
Do any of you have any suggestions for me?
Thanks in advance!

I had an essential tremor before contracting covid first in December 2021 and then in February 2023. At first it didn't affect the tremors which were not that bad but the longer this goes on the worse the tremors get which then leads the muscle weakness or maybe vice versa. The muscle weakness has become systemic and has restricted the use of my hands and arms. Several neurologist said they couldn't find anything wrong from there viewpoint. While tremors may be a function of aging what I've been experience and probably you too is beyond that. There are medication's that can help and I tried one but the side effects were bad for me. You should ask your doctor about meds as they did stop the shaking but didn't help with the weakness which could also cause now by deconditioning but I suspect it's the long covid. I have read elsewhere that these are common symptoms the long covid not fun but then none of them are. Why couldn't long covid do something good why cause euphoria anyone have that?
