Severe stiffness if fingers after starting Eligard.

Hi @russb, I'm tagging other members like @stebro @vjlvpjalways @russ153 @ssaftler @kchris5174 @edmond1971 who take Eligard and can share if they have experienced stiffness in their fingers.

Russ, do you have pain in your fingers too?

I have terrible stiffness and pain in all the finger joints.

None really only side effect hot flashes early on fatigue pushed through it and no longer an issue even with testosterone at 0..on 4th quarter plan 2-3 years

I have not experienced this side effect.

I can't recall any stiffness as a result of the Eligard. I got my one (and only so far) shot just before Christmas. I work in a retail environment where the week or two before the holidays can be rather hectic, so any pain I experienced could be as much from the holiday strain as the drug.

As I've noted in other comments here, my biggest reactions to the Eligard was fatigue, which a second cup of coffee per day seems to have stopped, a lack of interest in anything sexual, probably due to the drop in testosterone, and a drop in my tolerance to alcohol. Not fun when you work at a liquor store!

I realize this is an old post, but tossing in my observations. I notice the super stiff fingers & joints as well. Mainly during the night, or early morning. Also....I notice at times a funny tingling through the body, and carpel tunnel seems to be very aggravated with this. Anyone else have these sensations? Possibly connected
to Flomax as well! Thanks.

I also have pain and stiffness in my right hand fingers. I take Tylinol 8 hr for arthritis 3X Per day. That makes it better but not completely resolve. I am 76 and I attribute this to arthritis and not my meds side effects. I was on ADT and Erleada 13 months post RP. I will chat with my doctor about this in December. It is a new development that came on very fast and strong.

I've been on ADT for 7.5 months and once in awhile, I get a numbness in my fingers that can last for 4-5 minutes. Not sure if a side effect or not.
