Severe smell of chemicals and fragrance that isn’t there

Once before in my life, I experienced a phantom smell of excruciatingly, awful chemical and fragrance smells that just aren’t there. The smell is nauseating.
This happened once before when I lived in California to exposed to fragrances and cleaning chemicals and now I’m experiencing the same thing only it’s 10 times worse.

My fiancé said he doesn’t smell what I smell but he understands that it’s real to me. What do I do? Calygirl84

I have a friend who was exposed to mold in AC system. Today, any fragrance (perfume, fragrant soaps, etc.), dampness, mold, can be toxic to her without medicine and regimen described by a non-traditional Doctor in Texas.

I have been experiencing very heavy smoke smells plus all handsoaps smell very chemical to me it started again right before Thanksgiving.
I assume it has something to do with Long covid
because that was the first time this happened to me.
I have a few autoimmune Diseases
