Severe Periumbilical pain caused by adhesions

For over 10 years now I have suffered from severe pain anchored at my navel due to adhesions. I was operated upon in 2021, but the adhesions came back strong. I live in chronic pain on a daily basis 😭. I can't stretch, can't play, can't sing (I'm a singer), can't eat properly, always very low in energy, always depressed and to crown it all, I lost my relationship to the fact that pregnancy can worsen the pain and he doesn't wanna risk not having children 😭. I'm so drained I feel like this is my end. And you know what?, my adhesions came from no justifiable cause because I was never operated on before. Someone out there, please help me!
