I'm not familiar with Mayo Clinics financial arrangements or what the qualifications are.
I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be along.
I did see this,
Mayo Clinic offers financial assistance to patients who are unable to pay for their medical bills due to financial hardship. The Mayo Clinic's financial assistance program includes:
Financial counseling
A financial counselor will explain payment options, the billing process, and evaluate financial need.
Payment plans
Patients can discuss financial arrangements with the Admissions and Business Services location.
Grants
Grants are available for patients who meet certain criteria, including having health insurance that covers qualifying medication or products, and having an income within a certain range.
To apply for financial assistance, you will need to provide the following documentation:
Completed and signed application
Tax returns and supporting schedules for the previous two years
Social Security benefits, if applicable
Pay stubs for the most recent three months
Bank statements for all accounts for the most recent three months
W-2 or unemployment status
You can contact the Mayo Clinic's customer service team at (844) 217-9591 for more information
Mayo Clinic also offers financial assistance to patients who are unable to pay for medical treatment. This includes:
Charitable care
Mayo Clinic offers charitable care and financial assistance to patients who meet certain criteria.
Copay and grant assistance
Mayo Clinic's financial counselors can help patients find copay and grant assistance programs to help pay for out-of-pocket expenses.
Extended payment plans
Mayo Clinic offers extended payment plans for patients who are eligible for financial assistance.
Reduced rates or free services
Mayo Clinic offers medically necessary services at reduced rates or for free to patients who are eligible for financial assistance.
Emergency care
Mayo Clinic provides emergency care regardless of a patient's ability to pay.
Mayo Clinic also accepts Medicare and some contracted insurance plans. However, benefit coverage for care provided by Mayo Clinic is determined by the patient's insurance company.

Hi, @adiba - welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. In addition to the wealth of information @jakedduck1 has provided, I'd suggest going to this Mayo Clinic webpage for international patients.
-International Patient Services
https://www.mayoclinic.org/departments-centers/international
If you then click on the Financial Services button, you will find a cost estimator tool and phone numbers to contact, depending on which Mayo Clinic location you wish to visit. You may call the number associated with the location you're interested in to ask your questions as a patient coming from outside the United States.
