SCAM alert for Neuropathy treatment

Posted by ktbs @ktbs, Mar 31 11:42am

Why is it legal for AI created videos to sell products for neuropathy supposedly endorsed by Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz and others? I always check to see if they are scams and so many are. Not sure why they are not prosecuted and put out of business.

Is there anything out there with some hope

@jaytress
Oh, there’s hope. We can see others who have the same experience and who are smiling through it all.

Many people like us have this and worse on top of this. Kinda like me. I have pain from different conditions all day, every day.

I am working on getting my mind off it all by focusing on jigsaw puzzles, painting 🖼️, building my family tree, and doing what I can to help others who are like myself.

We need to do a gratitude list for ourselves at least once a week.
That will be our way.

Today I almost bought the neuropathy medication advertised with Elon Musk in it, but decided to ask google if it was for real. Thank goodness I did that or I would have lost $200 .
I have spent quite a bit on scams. My daughter raises he… at me my believing that bunch of bull. So I decided to ask Google. I am learning to recognize scams, but a little late. My pain gets the best of me. I don’t take pain medicine as it usually makes sick.

saw a new product claim that I am curious about because it states that nerve pain is caused by something other than the myelin Sheath deterioration that I always read about. This product claimed that the cause was a drying out and hardening of the fascia in the affected areas. It went on to explain that fascia is a sort of a membrane that goes all around the body and when it drys out it hardens and prevents blood from getting to the affected areas. Of course there is a product that will reverse the issue - Trueform (see https://tryfascial.com/pages/emerging-2026-research-is-pointing-to-a-new-root-cause-of-neuropathy - for the information on the casestudy as well as the product that is GUARANTEED WITH MONEY BACK IF IT DOESN'T PROVDIE SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION IN SYMPTOMS. No special diet required - two pills per day one in am and one in pm. If anyone has tried this i would love to hear back from you.

@jaytress: You have found that Neuropathy has many topical creams that offer temporary relief of discomfort. Some have chosen serious pain pills that allow a LaLa existence and prime them towards reliance on drugs. I know many will tout that drugs are wonderful, so it is a personal decision how you want to treat Neuropathy.
Personally, I have had Neuropathy for 40 years and never found a cure; there is only temporary relief. I have altered my mobility and expectations of activity, but topical creams, patches and general exercise have allowed me to have a good quality of life.
There are so many ailments worse and pain much more intense than Neuropathy, as I have learned in my 81 years.
I hope a cure will be found and I will be the first to applaud our wonderful, brilliant medical researchers! Best health to you!

@dbamos1945 I have found that Diclofenac sodium(Voltaren) is the only cream that has been able to take the edge off my PN. Gets a bit expensive after a while. I rub it on my feet/ankles/lower back/buttocks, I can go through a tube fairly quickly.

@heisenberg34: Thank you for your reply regarding topical creams to temporarily relieve Neuropathy discomfort. Yes, I too have Diclofenac/Volteren in my “tool box” and it has been very effective for Neuropathy, Arthritis, sciatica and other maladies I endure. We all need to find ways to find peace and make every day better than the last. Sometimes this means taking a “day off” and let our bodies rest, but don’t want to make that a habit! Be mindful.
