Anyone participate in RMC9805 and RMC6236 clinical trials?

My mom is fighting pancreatic cancer. She had 12 rounds of FOLFIRINOX, followed by 15 fractions of chemoradiation in a hope to have a Whipple surgery. Unfortunately the surgery was aborted due to discovering liver metastases.
After that she had 3 bi-weekly GemAbrax, bur it didn't work, so her oncologist switch to FOLFIRI with liposomal irinotecan. She had 7 cycles of FOLFIRI. Recently her CA19-9 skyrocketed and her oncologist suggested to enroll in the clinical trail RMC9805 / RMC6236 (targeted KRASG12D) .
If anyone participates in this trail, what is your experience (disease control, side effects, etc.)?
Also, has anyone done histotripsy for liver metastases? If yes, what was your experience?
Thank you

I’m in the 9805/6236 trial and have had excellent results so far (6 months) with almost no side effects - occasional mouth sores. Would strongly recommend.

Thank you everyone for your responses. I am glad these new drugs work for people who participate in the clinical trail. Hopefully it will prolong many lives.
I wish we knew about this clinical trail earlier. Unfortunately my mom did not get a chance to start this clinical trail. While she waited for hemoglobin to get to 9.0 (it was 8.9 and they said she could not start a trail until it will be 9.0), she got very weak and said she had no strength left to continue the fight. She courageously fought for 17 months and lost her battle on February 23. She was only 71. She was healthy and active prior to being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in September 2023. I have too many unanswered questions, including what could be done differently during the treatment. Our family is devastated and heartbroken.
