Right ventricle problems after aortic aneurysm surgery

After ascending aorta aneurysm surgery at Mayo with 2 grafts, follow up with echocardiogram shows right ventricle is not pumping well. Now , my local cardiologist has put me on Digoxin -.125 mg.
What experiences has anyone else had with this ventricular problem?
