Have anyone use Rick Simpson CBD to control or reduce the PMR pain? Thank you!

I have PMR but my wife has cancer. (GBM). I give her the PURA RSO 50/50. She is not in any pain but the RSO helps relax her at night and she sleeps well. Does not answer your question about the RSO helping with PMR pain. I tried the gummies. It did not work for me.

Please be careful with any of these products. They may interact with your persription meds (notedly Prednisone) and actually lower the effectivity of your dose. Not good if you have PMR.

again not much of comment about PMR but on my wifes GBM, inflammation is huge deal. Brain is constantly producing fluid. The inflammation drug of choice is Dexamethasone. (I used it instead of prednisone for my PMR.) Oncologist cannot prescribe CBD/THC but every Dr she has had encouraged her to try it. Just my wifes case but 3.5 years now and no interference with the steroid and RSO. The two drugs actually complement each other. But, as you say, you should always be careful. No two people are alike.

Thank you! I do not take any meds at all and I will not. Today, after almost 3 months of eating 0 carb I notice a little bit of less pain.... we'll see tomorrow.

Thanks for your comment!.

I am glad it has gone well for you. And best wishes to your wife. I can't think what she must be experiencing. As I understand it, this Rick's oil is a recipe for each to make according to their ability. As a retired lab person, well, i shudder to think. Just be careful. If it has medicinal properties, It is interacting with your body in ways you might not know about. Best wishes to you both.

Thank you for your comment! I was hoping someone would have a positive opinion or experience with CBD. I hope I don't have to use them.
I'm very determined to beat this with 0 inflammation diet. My inflammation as per last week lab work is 11. I'll have another lab work in a week after I'm done fasting for 2/3 days.

Thanks again and best wishes to your wife.

The PURA RSO comes as a fairly thick substance. This is assuming its legal where you are. Arizona is legal. You take about the size of grain of rice and mix into a capsule with MCT oil. So yes you have to experiment on the size of the grain of rice. Probably other recipes out there.

Thank you. She is on hospice, but comfortable at home. I had PMR two years ago. I was able to wean off in 6 months. I have had 2 small flares. I became my wifes advocate on the medical stuff and what they are giving her. Not a job I have cherished. Good luck.

I live in California so.... no problem here! 🙂

I have read about starting with half of a grain of rice. Thanks again!
