Resources for Locked In Syndrome ot Post Acute Care Syndrome? Anyone?

I am recovering from Locked In Syndrome and my time in the hospital
(7mo.) Can any help me find resources around moving forward and living with that time. I'd appreciate any help you have to offer. Thank you
