Replacement of aerobika

Hello Everyone!
How do you keep track of expiration dates of each Aerobika part? I wash and sterilize all the parts together and some parts are older than others and it’s hard to know when each expire!
Any thoughts on this are appreciated!
Thank you!

Aerobikas expire six to twelve months. When I see my pulmonologist, I say I need a new one.

@notnancy88 @sueinmn For clarification.
Do the doctors write you a prescription to take to a specialty pharmacy for the needed Aerobika
or
do they have them on hand and then bill your insurance company for the Aerobika directly or indirectly?
It would be good to know, if possible, just in case one wants to mention the process for getting the Aerobika in the same way.

With my seeing the speech therapist she has the Breather to give out to patients during the office visit. The Breather is somewhat similar to the Aerobika.

I mostly only use it when the gunk is recalcitrant and difficult to get up. Mostly in p.m. When I use it I only blow out of it, which might not work for some, but works for me. That way, I clean the mouthpiece but don't need to be as careful about the rest of it.

@scoop Interesting. I also have the Breather and the Speech Therapist who distributed it to me wondered if just using the mouth piece would be good enough.
She depleted her 'stash' and said she had more on order and would give me another when they come in.
I tried boiling to clean it like the Aerobika but the thin prongs that are on the ends of the mouth piece section melted and would not fit back into the main piece.

You have to have a prescription. I believe Walmart Supercenter pharmacies may carry them in case your pulmonologist doesn’t have a supply of them.
