Removing adhesive left on skin after heart monitor use in hospital?

I've been home from hospital 4 days and still cannot get the adhesive from heart monitor off my skin. Is there an easy way?

Hi yes after a long hospital stay there can be alot. But i remember one of the drs or nurses not sure which brought in some adhesive removal pads and they worked after a few tries.

I just used vegetable oil and it came right off. Thank you!
