REM sleep behavior disorder

Has anyone had experience with dealing with REM sleep behavior disorder? After suffering a ruptured brain aneurism ten months ago, and physically recovering, my husband has developed what looks like REM sleep disorder. I can’t wake him most days, and when he wakes, he appears to be unable to get out of his dream. He talks to people in his dream, makes gestures, even walks and eats. When he finally comes out of it, he has no memory of doing it. I am at a loss. No one seems to be able to recommend a course of action or an rx that works. Need help.
